IO Digital is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in managing client relationships, support marketing strategies, and help oversee social media platforms including posting, reporting, and community management.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Assist in maintaining client relationships by understanding their needs and supporting their satisfaction with our services.
•⁠ ⁠Help develop and present marketing plans tailored to client objectives.
•⁠ ⁠Support client inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
•⁠ ⁠Help develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
•⁠ ⁠Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content that aligns with client brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and inquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to foster community engagement.
•⁠ ⁠Support community management strategies to build strong relationships with followers and enhance brand loyalty.
•⁠ ⁠Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media performance using analytics tools.
•⁠ ⁠Help generate and present reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
•⁠ ⁠Use data-driven insights to support the optimization of social media strategies and improve campaign performance.
•⁠ ⁠Work closely with internal teams (creative, design, content) to coordinate and support marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Internship experience or basic knowledge in social media management or marketing is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing and client management.
