Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels. Foster meaningful interactions with our online community and build strong relationships with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using various analytics tools. Generate reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use insights to continuously improve social media strategies.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance our social media efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Coordinate and collaborate on content creation, campaign planning, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises. Develop and execute crisis management strategies to address and mitigate negative sentiment or brand reputation issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in social media management or community management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with online communities.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Crisis management skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
