Program Overview

The three-month trainee program at IO Digital provides young graduates with an in-depth, immersive experience in the dynamic world of digital marketing and media. Over the course of the program, trainees will have the opportunity to work closely client services department, gaining invaluable hands-on exposure to different facets of the industry.

Department:

Client Servicing: Gain insight into managing client relationships, interpreting briefs, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background: A degree in marketing, media, communication, or a related field. Recent graduates are preferred, but final-year students can also apply.

Passion for Digital Marketing: A genuine interest in the digital marketing and media landscape, with a desire to learn and grow in this fast-paced industry.

Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box, with a strong inclination toward creativity and innovative problem-solving.

Teamwork and Collaboration: Willingness to work in a team environment and collaborate across various departments.

Basic Knowledge of Digital Tools: Familiarity with basic tools such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, Google Analytics, or other marketing tools is a plus, though not mandatory.

Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication abilities are essential for working on campaigns and interacting with clients and colleagues.

Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to the program’s requirements.

Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
