Senior Performance Media Associate
ApplyWe are looking for a Senior Performance Media Associate to lead and manage digital media strategy, execution, and innovation across key accounts. This role requires a performance-driven mindset, excellent media knowledge, and the ability to lead client relationships with a consultative and results-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital media strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, and emerging platforms to meet campaign objectives.
- Liaise with media partners to align on strategic goals, negotiate media buys, and implement innovative digital solutions.
- Oversee the flawless execution of media plans, including trafficking, QA, pacing, optimization, and platform implementation.
- Be accountable for media budgets, ensuring optimal spend and performance efficiency on a monthly basis.
- Establish reporting standards, analyze campaign results, and present actionable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a strategic advisor, and consistently drive the digital agenda forward.
- Explore emerging platforms and technologies while maintaining and leveraging existing media partner relationships for favorable deals and first-mover opportunities.
- Work closely with internal creative, strategy, and tech teams to ensure holistic campaign success.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing.
- Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and/or Programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with performance creatives and A/B testing is a plus.
