IO Digital Transformers Management Trainee Program aims at developing youth as potential leaders with competencies and skills, through cross-functional exposure and on-job development for their professional growth in a fun and creative environment.

It is a three months long onsite program in Karachi.

Eligibility
- Graduate students of 2021 or 2022 of final semester with classes on weekends only
- CGPA 3 or above
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- A Creative Knack
