Summary:

IO Digital is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing client relationships, support marketing strategies, and help oversee social media platforms including posting, reporting, and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all social and digital initiatives, ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and smooth coordination across planned, always-on, periodic, and ad-hoc campaigns.
  • Take complete ownership of assigned client accounts, serving as the main client-facing account lead.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to understand requirements, review briefs, create contact reports, and debrief internal teams accordingly.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including design, animation, media, PR, influencer marketing (IM), community management, and content to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Oversee all internal operations related to client campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and as per client expectations.
  • Manage and oversee final approved outputs, ensuring they align with client requirements and incorporate all revisions/modifications.
  • Publish and schedule organic content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across platforms including Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, and others as mandated by the client.
  • Develop always-on social media calendars, campaign plans, and presentations with the support of design and PR/IM teams.
  • Present campaign ideas, creative concepts, and project plans to clients.
  • Lead, monitor, and coordinate all agency deliverables during client events such as shoots, special day productions, and live activations.
  • Ensure end-to-end data delivery and manage production-related tasks following live events or shoots.
  • Manage assigned social media community moderation and engagement tasks when required.
  • Prepare client reports, performance decks, and documentation as needed.
  • Support new business development by assisting in agency pitches when required.
  • Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to support the successful execution of client marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in social media management or marketing is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing and client management.
