As a Creative Director at IO Digital, you will be at the helm of our creative team, responsible for driving the day-to-day creative process. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing a comprehensive set of creative skills, including copy and concept writing, along with the leadership and management of the team. Your mission is to not only meet but exceed IO Digital’s renowned standards of creativity, setting new benchmarks for innovation. This role involves crafting compelling proposals, leading teams, and overseeing client projects, ensuring the exceptional execution of creative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management

• Understand clients’ needs deeply and deliver visual communications that align with their brand’s tone while upholding IO Digital’s creative standards.
• Travel for and lead the presentations of ideas and concepts to clients during pitches and meetings.

Strategy

• Comprehend strategic objectives, collaborate with strategists, contribute innovative ideas, and champion the creation of outstanding work that aligns with our clients’ goals.

Creative Leadership

• Embrace a passion for exceptional ideas and provide fair judgment on colleagues’ contributions.
