  • End-to-End management of creative development process, from ideation to execution with content, design, technology and strategy teams.
  • Development of creative content for social and digital media campaigns.
  • Development of ideas in-line with strategy and insights.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their creative/campaign requirements, understanding brief documents and debriefing with relevant teams at agency.
  • Play an active role in development of pitch presentations and in-person presence for the meeting, if required.
  • Self-capacity building with tech and digital media products and participation in Google/Facebook training programs for IO Digital.
  • Capacity building of reporting members.
  • Development of post campaign case studies.
  • Open to travel for client meetings as and when required.


  • Previous relevant experience of minimum 03 years
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Relevant experience with copywriting.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Bachelors in Marketing or related field.
