Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the client brief objectives and target audience preferences for campaigns and pitches.
  • Work closely with content creators to develop compelling, relevant, and engaging content for various social media platforms for multiple campaigns.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, and others) to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for clients as per their requirements and for reporting purposes, competitive scans and research purposes for campaigns & competitive scans for pitches.
  • Extract actionable insights from social media data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance to support media campaigns.
  • Identify and analyze audience segments to tailor content and messaging effectively, maximizing client relevance and engagement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  • Ensure consistency and synergy across all social media channels, integrating campaigns with broader marketing initiatives in line with IMC for client campaigns and pitches.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in social media marketing, data analysis techniques, and relevant industry regulations.

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 04 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience in monitoring competitor activities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media strategies that align with client objectives.
